What it does
One file covering a period you choose: every call, every follow-up, every graded staff conversation, and a section at the top telling you what to change and why.
It is built to be read by Claude or ChatGPT. The buttons beside it open one with the file and a prompt already written.
What it does not do
- It is not a dashboard. No charts. It is written to be read, by you or by a model.
- It does not leave your account. It is generated for whoever is signed in, and covers only your business.
- It does not guess. Section one is computed from your own numbers with thresholds, not written by an AI. The AI's job is to explain and prioritise it.

The one thing that matters
Read section one first.
It tells you which department never answers, which hours your team actually picks up, where callers are dropping off, and which scoring criteria are not earning their place. Every item is something you can change yourself in the portal.
The rest of the file is the evidence behind it.
Common mistakes
Picking too short a period. Seven days on a quiet line is not enough to see a pattern. Try thirty.
Reading only the totals. The totals tell you how busy you were. Section one tells you what to do on Monday.
